Service Description

Perfect for families preparing for another baby or first-time parents looking for more dedicated time to practice for your birthing time! Comfort & Coping is a wonderful refresher of the stages and phases of labor, the encouraging signs that present themselves as you progress, and how partners can best lift the birthing parent in reassuring words, supportive hands-on massage and different techniques to help baby rotate and descend. Class is designed for 1 pregnant client + support person; email if you would like to also invite your doula! Cost is $75 and will be invoiced after you register. Ideal for 32-38 weeks Class is IN-PERSON, max of 5 registrant/support couplets Open to the community
