With over 7 years experience, more than 130 births attended, and hundreds of families taught in childbirth classes, I know how to make the experience just a little easier on you. I believe in bodily autonomy, harm-reduction based practices, and protecting queer and trans birth. Expect evidence-based practices, resources, lots of listening, and humor.
