3 Tips for Your Pumping Journey

Whether you are heading back to work, sharing feeding with another parent(s), or just looking for good tips these three things will make your life easier.

  1. Store pump parts in the fridge. Not washing parts every time will save you lots of time. You can wait to wash them about once every 3-4 days.

  2. Measure your nipples & get the right flange size. Having the right size pump parts can decrease discomfort and increase output.

  3. Store milk in 2oz bags to avoid waste. Only defrost what you need!
